Journals, diaries ect... writing down our feelings have always been a issue for most guys. But as we have all experienced in recent years, that we all need an outlet and expressing your thoughts by writing a few lines can be very therapeutic. I have created this simple journal for guys to express themselves without thinking it's " A THING". It's more like slowing down enjoying your live and be grateful. So here it goes.. How to use this journal Wakeup make a note : How many hours slept How is your mood today Take 15 minutes for yourself deep breathing or yoga and collect your thoughts What are your goals or intensions today Midday check in .......Write something or doodle in the blank space provided Hydrate ...........How many glasses of water so far End of day How was your day Your happy hour Do something just for you What are you grateful for today So as you can see it's a very simple setup to get you through your day. Also have a few motivational quotes just incase. These simple steps writing or jotting down things have helped tremendously over the past few years and I hope it will do the same for you.
The feeling of achieving success being grateful is unexplainable, but eventually it wears off and you forget to be grateful. There are so many opportunities to be grateful each and every day and so many reasons to do so. For one thing, people around you will be happier and much more willing to spend time with you. You’ll also be happier yourself and have a more positive attitude. You’ll also find that everyone is more willing to help you when they know that you’re grateful for everything that you have and everything that you receive. At some point in your life you will be surrounded by negativity, it could be work or even your home. Situations occur almost all the time. It is wickedly unfortunate it cannot be avoided and then left with the question of how can we change these negative thoughts to positive ones. It is crucial to be positive in bad situations, although it might sound hard or rather impossible. Grasping the power of positive thinking assists us to remain in a positive state of mind even in the midst of a tragedy.
